Magnetic Observatories

The Geomagnetic Monitoring Service of the Geological Survey of Canada (GSC) operates a network of 13 Magnetic Observatories across Canada. Twelve of these observatories use the modern CANMOS instrumentation. Alert and the recently closed observatory Mould Bay use the older AMOS MK III instrumentation.

Data from these observatories are available on this Web site.
